Phenomena such as continued high pressure and urban diseases have become problems that people generally need to face, and demotivational culture has frequently become a hot topic in urban life. The demotivational culture refers to people expressing their frustration on the Internet and in life due to many unsatisfactory lifestyle, school work, career, emotions, etc. These expressions are pessimistic, reflecting the collective anxiety of people in contemporary society. Especially for the working people, the performance of demotivation is particularly obvious and strong.

For the working people, the performance of demotivation is particularly obvious and strong. They are under tremendous psychological pressure and there is nowhere to relieve them.  AECOM, as the planner and designer of the 0101 block of Beijing's sub-center, provided us with design requirements. We hope to build a product that will give people the rights to downbeat and provide the possibility of healing people's demotivation at the same time.

Compared with other areas of the city, people in the central business districts (CBD) of major cities obviously have more psychological problems, and a higher proportion of people suffer from stress, anxiety and depression. However, people have nowhere to relieve this psychological pressure. The development process of a city is inextricably linked with people's psychological conditions.
